Mercury Cine Color 500 - 65mm film

This is perhaps Kodak's most legendary, and beautiful, film! Formulated for the motion picture industry, this is Kodak's fastest cine stock, and yet retains a very fine, gorgeous grain structure. Despite being originally designed for interiors and night, a number of filmmakers shoot their entire movies with just this stock. The reason is the beautiful color rendition, tonal range, and speed. It can easily be pushed to ISO 2000.

This is fresh film, designed for IMAX and other very high-end film productions.  Sealed in a vintage/used 70mm can that will show signs of wear (such as dents, tape residue, and minor rust spots), but will be fully functional.

Supplied on a custom spool that matches the form factor of Kodak's classic 70mm bulk spool and is compatible with the Alden 70mm daylight bulk loader, the Mercury 65/70mm Bulk Loader, and likely any other bulk loader ever created.

This film can be processed at home with our developing kit or by M-Alchemy.

A 100ft roll is equivalent to 36 rolls of 120 film!  50ft = 18 rolls.

This film is color balanced for Tungsten (3200K) light. When scanning digitally, no alterations are necessary when shooting in daylight, just digital correction. When shooting for analog output (color enlarging or slides via the M-Chrome process), use an 85A or 85B filter when shooting in daylight. This film can also be processed in BW chemicals as a true BW negative.
