2x3 (6x9) Sheet Film Developing Insert
2x3 (6x9) Sheet Film Developing Insert
These inserts use standard developing tanks to develop 2.25 x 3.25" sheet film.
The Jobo version fits any 2500 series tank and is approximately the size of a 120 reel. It holds up to 5 sheets of film.
The Paterson version fits the Paterson 2 Reel Tank and holds up to 4 sheets of film.
To use, simply insert each sheet of film into a chamber, with the emulsion facing inward (i.e., not facing the walls of the chamber). The long end of the sheet curves around the chamber. The sheet's rigidity holds it against the walls of the chamber, allowing it to develop completely.
You should not invert your tank when using these inserts. Twist agitation, stand, semi-stand, and rotary processing are fine.
These are available only for our Ilford ULF customers who purchase HP5+ or FP4+ in this size from us.
For shooting this size film, see our Graflok-compatible sheet film holders.
