Mercury Cine Color 200 - 65mm film
Mercury Cine Color 200 - 65mm film
Fine-grained, expired indoor stock for a discount.
This is expired (unlike our other offerings) but continuously frozen film stock from Kodak, designed for IMAX and other very high-end film productions. As labeled on the can, it should be shot 1/3 stop overexposed; otherwise, it shows no color shift or other degradation. It is an extremely fine-grained, tungsten balanced film. Because Kodak hasn't manufactured a batch in some time, we have a very limited supply. This expired (unofficially, since Kodak doesn't add expiration dates on its motion picture film) in 2016.
Sealed in a vintage/used 70mm can that will show signs of wear (such as dents, tape residue, and minor rust spots), but will be fully functional.
Supplied on a custom spool that matches the form factor of Kodak's classic 70mm bulk spool and is compatible with the Alden 70mm daylight bulk loader, the Mercury 65/70mm Bulk Loader, and likely any other bulk loader ever created.
This film can be processed at home with our developing kit or by M-Alchemy.
Available only in 50ft (15m) length. A 50ft roll is equivalent to 18 rolls of 120 film!
