Mercury Rear Spacer Offset for Peel-Apart

The Mercury Rear Spacer Offset for Peel-Apart mounts like any Graflok 45 back, and accepts the Fuji FP-100 Graflok back, but shifts it in order to center the peel-apart pack film, enabling symmetrical lens effects, higher quality images, and stereo shooting.

This has a removable septum. The septum must be in place for stereo shooting, but once removed, this device can be used with any large format camera that accepts Graflok 45 backs, in order to center the packfilm image. This usually results in a significant improvement in image quality.

This adds 20mm to the film’s flange distance; thus 20mm must be removed from any standard camera in order to use your packfilm this way. This means removing 20mm of front spacing for Mercury cameras, or shortening your bellows extension by that amount for any bellows camera.
